
Refund and Returns Policy

At SweetTopin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to help you return or exchange items quickly and efficiently.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
3. How to Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@sweettopin.com or call 563-607-8321 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the return label.
- Send the return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. In some cases, we may request photographic evidence of the damage.
6. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue by sending the correct item or issuing a refund.
7. International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes that may apply. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of international returns.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you qualify for a return due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
9. Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return and issue a refund or exchange. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
